The residence is located right next to the beach and the pedestrian promenade and consists of 2 buildings connected by an entrance hall and reception. All apartments are equipped with direct dial telephone, wifi, safe, dishwasher, hairdryer, air conditioning, TV and balcony. The building also has wheelchair accessible apartments and common areas, an elevator, closed parking, a swimming pool with a children's section and water massages.
BILO 2/4: bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, bathroom with toilet and terrace
Prices are per apartment per week and include:

Arrival: Saturday from 5:00 p.m. Departure: Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., after inspection of the accommodation by our staff.
The mandatory final cleaning, with the exception of the kitchenette, which must be left clean, is paid in the amount of €80.00 at the BILO apartments.
* Tourist tax: is mandatory from January 1 to December 31 in the amount of €1.50 per night/person over 12 years of age and for the first 7 nights of stay.

Ogni unità abitativa dispone di aria condizionata autonoma, lavastoviglie, TV LED HD, phon, cassaforte, telefono diretto e balcone con vista fronte mare, fornito di tavolo con sedie, stendino e lavatoio.
I Clienti dell'Agenzia Turistica Petra usufruiscono del servizio spiaggia gratuito (un ombrellone, un lettino, una sdraio)
La cucina è dotata di stoviglie, piatti, pentole e accessori in base alla tipologia dell'appartamento.
Nelle camere i letti sono singoli, accostandoli si possono rivestire con lenzuola matrimoniali. Solo il divano letto è matrimoniale.
