Type A apartments are located on the ground floor, 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors with a lift: living room with a fold-out bed for 1 adult or 2 smaller children, bedroom with a double bed, small bedroom with a bunk bed, bathroom with shower and a large terrace with plastic furniture and parasol. Apartments type B are located on the ground floor, 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors with a lift: living room with a fold-out bed for 2 adults, bedroom with a double bed, bedroom with a bunk bed and a pull-out bed, bathroom with shower and a large terrace with plastic with furniture and a parasol. All apartments are equipped with: TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board, air conditioning (included in the price). Parking is free in front of the house or you can order a garage for an additional fee of 30.00 euros/week. The apartments on the ground floor have large gardens. Acquapark Onda Blu water park is located near the residence (2 km). It is possible to rent umbrellas at the VENUS beach bar (200 m), where there is also a pool on the beach and a beauty farm /beauty salon/ or at the Bandiera Gialla bar, 100 m from the residence.
