Apartment consisting of a living room with double sofa bed or bunk bed and kitchen, bedroom with double bed, bathroom and outdoor terrace covered by an arched porch. The internal dimensions of the apartment are approx. 35 m2 with an external terrace of variable dimensions up to approx. 15/20 square meters from which guests can admire our splendid coast. The apartment is equipped with a table with chairs inside and a table with chairs outside. A drying rack and the necessary cleaning equipment are also made available to customers on the terrace. This type of apartment represents an optimal solution for a group of up to 5 adults since the two-room apartment with sea view allows the insertion of an extra bed. The two-room apartments with sea view are located on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd floor and attic. Some two-room apartments with sea view have facilities for disabled people.

The Residence is located on the southern seafront of Grottammare, in the second row, 50 meters from the beach. It has 36 apartments spread over five floors and conveniently accessible by lift. All apartments are equipped with independent air conditioning 24h, hairdryer, combination safe, telephone, flat screen satellite TV. One of our strengths are the very large outdoor terraces. They are the ideal space to have meals and to enjoy our beautiful location. The terraces are covered by an elegant arcade with arches and columns to offer guests the opportunity to enjoy their outdoor holiday in any weather.

All apartments are finely furnished with taste and style (just think of the Venetian stucco on the walls).

The Costazzurra Residence offers its customers two swimming pools that can be used throughout the day from 09:00 to 20:00. The outdoor swimming pool covered entirely in mosaic consists of an adult pool and a pool specially created to make children enjoy themselves in complete safety. The total size of the outdoor swimming pool is approx. 10 m x 5 m. The swimming pool is surrounded by a solarium terrace equipped with tables, chairs, umbrellas, sunbeds and deck chairs to enjoy magnificent moments in the sun. Attached to the swimming pool there is an olive grove with games for children and a gazebo with table and chairs for those who want to relax a little or let the children play in the greenery.

The real highlight of the Residence Costazzurra is the indoor swimming pool considering that it is the only indoor pool with water heated to 28 ° present in an accommodation facility throughout Grottammare. The pool is an obligatory stop for a regenerating dip for young and old. The indoor swimming pool is completed thanks to a wellness area in which you can take advantage of a Jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, sports equipment, massage chair, changing rooms and showers. In both pools it is possible on request to take swimming lessons taught by specialized instructors.
