The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette and a double sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a large terrace.
The swimming pool with children's area is open from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00. Access to the pool is only allowed with a swimming cap. There is a solarium and a children's playground. The residence is located 400 m from the Alba Adriatica beach and close to the main services and shops such as groceries, restaurants, bars, newsagents, etc. The apartments are equipped with air conditioning, TV, microwave, Wi-Fi internet and safe. Beach service with parasol, one sunbed and one beach chair. There is a free outdoor parking space or a garage on request when booking for an additional charge of €30.00 per week. Guests can use the laundry room with coin-operated washing machine (€5.00 per wash including detergent) and bike rental. The apartments are equipped with bed linen, towels and tablecloths.
Prices include: Water and electricity consumption, air conditioning, one parasol with 1 beach chair and 1 sunbed on the reserved beach, towels, bed linen and tablecloth (excluding kitchen towels), use of the swimming pool, one outdoor parking space, Wi-Fi internet.
Prices do not include: Mandatory final cleaning of €60.00. The kitchenette must be left clean, otherwise an additional €70.00 will be charged. On request, a parking space in the garage is available for €30.00 per week (reservation required when ordering). Use of the shared washing machine (including detergent) €5.00 per wash.
Deposit: €100.00 IN CASH, refundable at the end of the stay after inspection by the residence staff.
Tourist tax IN CASH: in the period 01.01.–31.12. There is a mandatory tourist tax for people over 14 years of age of €1.00/person for the first 10 nights of stay.

A basket and/or a child seat are available on request and are included in the price. price. The price also includes a bike lock and third party liability insurance, flat tires and other accidental damage. The insurance DOES NOT COVER THEFT or damage caused intentionally by the client.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee of €40.00 / stay. Their presence must be reported when booking.
Beach services are requested extra: umbrellas and/or sun loungers and a chair, in addition, it is necessary to agree directly with the manager of the Walkiki beach facility.
Persons who are not registered and approved by the residence management upon arrival are not allowed to enter the apartments.
Payment and cancellation conditions: A 50% deposit is required upon booking. The balance is due 30 days before arrival. Cancellation or change of reservation must be sent to the Petra agency well in advance by e-mail (telephone cancellation is not accepted). No discounts or refunds are provided in case of late arrival due to travel complications, strikes, early departure, personal or health reasons. The deposit is non-refundable unless the reservation is cancelled by 30.04. After this date, in case of cancellation for any reason, the residence will charge the full amount of the stay.
Arrivals and departures: The apartments are available on the day of arrival from 16:00 to 19:00. On the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated by 10:00. In case of late arrival or early departure, there is no right to a price reduction.
Residence rules: It is not allowed to accommodate more people than the maximum capacity of the apartment. It is necessary to respect the residence rules and night silence from 13:00 to 16:00 and from 22:00 to 08:00. In case of serious or repeated violation of the rules, the management reserves the right to evict the guest from the accommodation.
