Civitella is one of the city of he Val Vibrata, and is posted on the margins of the Marche region.  Its an aristocratic city, rich of art and history.  It had always an important role in the history of Meridional Italy.
Fortezza: builded around the millenium, and for many years it was transformed many times and finally his spanish-aragonese look came to the maximum.   Thanks for the restorations, the entire beauty or the fortezza, along with his 25000 mq. of splendor, became the beauty of Europe.
San Francesco's church: stands beside the old convent, used now as comunal palace.  The front entrance represent the centre, a beautiful rosone sculpured in stone. Santa Maria of the Lumi's santuary:  construction is romanic origins,  it has a statue of the Madonna of XV century that was attributed to Giovanni di Blasuccio. Montesanto Abbey: Benedectine monastery builded, as second tradition, for San  Benedetto  Da Norcia, which in 542  cetury, was coming from Ascoli, found  on the nearby hill of Civitella, the right place for the monastery.
