The late arrival or early departure fee will reduce the price of the lease. If the customer could not reach the appointed day, please notify the Directorate by telegram or fax. In case of no-show, 24 hours after the date of arrival, and without notice, the management has the right to re-let the accommodation. The non-residence does not entitle to a refund of the deposit. The prices are for a week stay. They include: electricity, gas, water. No pets allowed. The price does not include: sheets in general and air conditioning. Arrival must be given an identity document and provided the identities of the people housed. The number of persons allowed in the apartments must not exceed the number of available beds. Is forbidden accommodate persons not registered in the schedule notification. Damage caused during their stay furnishings, the apartment or otherwise shall be borne by the customer.
