THREE-ROOMS 4/6: 2 double or twin-bed rooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge with double bed-settee. All the apartments have air-conditioning (in the lounge and bedroom), dishwasher, fridge, SAT-TV with LCD screen 26”, hair-drier, directdial telephone and balcony. Weekly prices include: • Fully cleaned apartment upon arrival • Swimming pool with whirlpool and children’s area • Children’s play area • Gym • Wi-Fi and internet point • Use of water, electricity, gas and air-conditioning The number of persons staying in the apartment must not exceed the number stated in the price list as per apartment type, extra persons cannot be accepted for any reason whatsoever. Payment: 30% on booking, difference to be paid on arrival. Deposit: a caution of € 150,00 must be paid upon arrival, this will be returned at the end of the stay after the Direction has controlled that nothing is missing or damaged in the apartment, and that the kitchen corner has been thoroughly cleaned. Arrivals: Saturday from 5 p.m. onwards. Departures: Saturday from 8-10 a.m., after our personnel has checked the apartment. Upon request: • Beach facilities (1 sunshade, 1 sun-bed, 1 deckchair): € 55,00 per week. • Two-room apartment facing the sea: € 50,00 per week. • Safe: € 15,00 per week. • Outdoor parking on the underground parking (on a first come, first served, basis) € 25,00 per week. • Extra parking space: € 35,00 per week. • Bed and bathroom linen € 10,00 per person, per change. • Table linen € 5,00 per change. • Cot: € 20,00 per week (bed linen not included). • High-chair for infants: € 10,00 per week. • Use of washing machine: € 5,00 for 90 minutes • Use of ironing facilities: € 5,00 per 90 minutes • Shed for bicycles, airbeds etc.: € 15,00 per week.
